Send only the coin shown, on the network shown. A transfer of a different token, or on a different network, is not detected by the checkout and can be very hard to recover. If you are unsure which network your wallet or exchange uses, ask the live chat before you send.

The invoice page lists the coins and networks. Pick one, scan the QR code or copy the address, and send the exact amount shown. The invoice stays open for 15 minutes. - Get your eSIM
Once the network confirms the transfer, the order completes automatically and the QR code lands in your inbox, usually within minutes.

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We accept USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20), USDC (ERC-20). Pick the coin and network on the invoice page after checkout.
Do you accept Bitcoin?
Not yet. Today we accept USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20), USDC (ERC-20). If you only hold Bitcoin, you can pay by card instead.
Do I need an account or ID?
No. Checkout asks only for an email address, confirmed with a 6-digit code, because that is where the eSIM QR code and order link are delivered. There is no account to create and no identity check.
Which wallets can I use?
Any wallet that can send the coin on the listed network, for example Trust Wallet, MetaMask or TronLink, or a withdrawal from an exchange. The invoice shows a plain address and the exact amount.
What if I paid after the invoice timer ran out?
The payment is still detected. The order then completes automatically or is picked up by a human, usually within the hour. If your order page still shows unpaid after that, open the live chat and paste your order link.
How do refunds work?
If we cannot deliver a working eSIM, you get a full refund. Crypto refunds are sent in the coin you paid with, for the amount we received, to an address you provide. Read the full refund terms
